As for me, I think it's a hoax. It is a unique one though, in the sense that usually people don't go through as much trouble as this person, or persons have.

Also check out ATS forums. Lots of posts on it there.
 
If I kept seeing this this I'd invest in a video camera, not just Photoshop--I mean not just a still camera. Still camera, I meant.
