I read the article. The particular guy who is complaining seems to me to be in way over his head. He reported having 'several' 0% 'teaser rate' cards at the max, plus his Amex cards (2 of them) ran fairly hefty balances. That just sounds scary to me. I blame the banks for allowing some of these things to take place at all, but geez, consumers do sometimes make stupid decisions.
