Here is David Paulides' latest (about a week old at this writing) about the experiments being carried out at Skinwalker Ranch:

The science team believe that the often-detected 1.2 and 1.6 GHz signals detected around the ranch and during the experiments may be emanating from personnel, as opposed to the ranch itself. (Experimenters sent to Florida have found the same signals there.)
I have a question for the Skinwalker scientific staff: Has anyone attempted to detect not only the frequency of these signals, but also the MODULATION ENVELOPES?
Modulation envelopes can be where a LOT of detailed information might potentially be analyzed. Even more so than just knowing the frequencies.
Given the credentials of scientific staff there, I would expect modulation envelopes have been analyzed, but I haven't heard any reports on such work.
I contacted Dave Paulides, and he replied that he is no longer in contact with scientific staff at Skinwalker, so he can't help answer my query.
I've tried looking up contact info for two of the scientific leading lights at Skinwalker Ranch, Colm Kelleher and Travis Taylor, and (no surprise) the search results say they do not make their contact info public.
My question to this forum is: Does anyone here have contact with Skinwalker scientific staff, and could you pass my question about modulation envelopes on to the staff?
I'm not asking for private contact information, just help in conveying my question.
