Han, great post and larger cats can do this type of damage. Not ignoring odd events in the wild and wildlife found with all the organs missing. Not ignoring natural decay from maggots etc.

I believe that both of the photos are of actual mountain lion skeletons. Not skeletons of animals they have killed.
