A little help?

KnockaroundGuy

Paranormal Novice
Hey guys.

This is my first post and I'm wondering if you people might be able to help me.

I've been listening to Paracast for a long time but finally decided to post on the forums because I couldn't find the info I was looking for through Google.

I seem to remember a story about some guy that reckons he was taken on a trip on a UFO to an alien planet. What makes this story unique was that this guy reckons the aliens had a church set up and they would worship God on Sundays.

Does that ring a bell?

Any info anyone can provide on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

With the information you provided thus far I don't have a clear indication who you're talking about. A lot of the so-called 'contactees' had a religious/spiritual message along with their alleged encounters.
Wikipedia has compiled a list of contactees, perhaps you'll find what you're looking for there.

I think you mean Truman Bethurum. This is part of his description of the planet Clarion, home of Aura Rhanes, Captain of the 'space scow' visited by Bethurum. 'Clarion' was at firs 'on the other side of the moon' where we couldn't see it. When it was explained to Bethurum that this was technically impossible he changed the location of Clarion as exactly opposite the Earth in the same orbit, so the Sun blocked our view. The people of Clarion all spoke perfect English and were Christians.

Aura Rhanes was a small Latiina appearing woman who wore a black velvet dress, red blouse, and a jaunty beret in black and red worn at a jaunty angle. She was named as a co-respondent when Bethurum's wife divorced him.
