It's understandable. A lot of people have a very deep and emotional connection to the issues of "UFOs and the paranormal", and how it is being dealt with and portrayed by the media makes a huge difference in the public perception of such things, which comes all the way back to how "experiencers"...

I think you're reading something into it there. The "hoaxer guy" had previously done some things trying to show how Billy stuff could be replicated, and allowed Jeremy to use some of it in his Truthvolution. Now he's done some stuff showing how easy it is to hoax stuff and get people to believe...

The apparent reason for having emailed Jeremy with this is that the fellow had previously provided some footage of his work to be used in the Truthvolution movie, so it does make sense that he would send this to him. And some folks like their thinking to be done for them altogether... :D
