My digital recorder is VERY sensitive, so I get really suspicious when they wave theirs around and then present EVP's that are garbled, or just sound like noise.

It's starting to grow on me, too! I read somewhere that the producers were trying to use local/regional musicians for the show's music. I thought that was pretty cool.

I know what you mean, Valiens. One of our favorite characters is Lafayette, b/c he seems genuine....not all good...not all bad...honest in his dishonesty. I like the dark humor, too. Lots of teeth and "parts" flying! hehehe

I haven't heard of any UFC deaths, but I was shocked about Evan Tanner! I read that a couple of weeks ago. I figured he died from exposure, but it's still listed as unknown?

I started watching it when Tank Abbot and Ken Shamrock were in their heyday. I didn't ever seen anything as gruesome as a skull-crushing, but there was plenty of blood and teeth flying!
