    A question for the Skeptics

Yup, I vote for Project Prato, one of my favourite cases too. Also Fatima 1917, Portugal, is facinating, it includes tousands of witnesses over 6 month, "rendez-vous" events, physical and meteorological effects, physiological and psychic effects , the whole zoo...

    your views on creationism please

Much of human ingenuity has gone into finding the ultimate Before. The current state of knowledge can be summarized thus: In the beginning, there was nothing, which exploded. Other theories about the ultimate start involve gods creating the universe out of the ribs, entrails, and...

    your views on creationism please

Here we go again... I think there is a valid discussion to have, reformulated thus: Does evolution leave room for another "guiding force" acting along natural selection and other evolutionary factors. I say "guiding force" as it can be accepted by the religious minded and the scientifically...

    your views on creationism please

Thank you, When you put it like that I think I can consider what you are saying. You might even agree that evolution is the best (if not only) theory we have at the moment to address the issue of biodiversity and of appearance and extinction of species ? That would not threaten your views as...

We agree right there...;) Since you are back I might reiterate my unanswered question, it is personal in nature so you don't have to answer but I feel it would help us understand each other : Do you agree with the creationist view as stated by the Holy Bible ?

The correct course for what result ? For finding bipedal biological intelligence certainly, but what about other possibilities ? Neither Vallée nor I said that anthropocentric-ism should be avoided, rather that it should not be the only possibility taken into consideration, because it then...

Pointing out the possibility of non carbon based intelligent species, or even non biological intelligences does not deny or reduce the possibility that "carbon biomechanical bipedal agents were ubiquitous in the Milky Way". Nevertheless, focussing the research of ETI only on this possibility...

Science is the art to be ever more accurately wrong, + all that science "knows" now applies to only 5% of the universe, the 95% left being referred to as dark matter/energy. Might as well call it paranormal energy :D. I know I'm stating what everybody knows already but I rarely feel that it is...

You are opposing the model on the basis of what we [think we] know, whereas the very point of the paper is to show that seemingly absurd aspects of High Strangeness Phenomena might be highlighting of our area of ignorance. In one sentence

The line disappears over the most luminous part of the UFO, which is normal. Could also be a very good fake ... I tend to be cautious with pictures that are not part of a well documented case, let's see what comes out of this one.
