Humans 80,000 years older than previously thought?

That's a great statement, to me it's very interesting to imagine what life was like before us.

    Remote Viewing

True, if you used your head and not your ass to understand things, you might have realized I was trying to make a point that really didn't have much to do with this particular discussion. But again, put in your eloquent, profanity filled two cents, cause it makes you look smarter. Like an...

    Remote Viewing

you mean "hand" right? Why can't I fire from the hip... like everyone else that doesn't know what they are talking about when it comes to a topic. I thought opinions were just as important as facts and data... right?

    Remote Viewing

but there isn't any substantive material, lots of "conjecture" and "feelings" but no real proof other than confirmation bias and wishful thinking. If remote viewing was real, I think that would be very cool! and I know a few sororities which would constantly be invaded by psi persona's. ;-)...

    Remote Viewing

"delusional head trips" oh i mean "remote viewing" is totally legit! just like how leprechauns can lead you to their pot of gold. Let talk about "runaway imaginations" more, oops I mean "remote viewing"

Attack on Christianity? and other concepts I have a problem with.

Yes, he does go into biblical history etc. but it may be on a different one of his blogs, he keep about 4 going. They are all very academic, but I do think it's a good example of what the Christian perspective is for the most part on UFO's, ghosts etc. which he touches on on different blogs.

ok 99.99% wrong, with a plus minus 1% error. :D It is amazing in this world, that opinions count as much as facts. I see it as a sign of the declining culture.

    Gobekli Tepe

There really is a resistance to any of the biblical passages to being true, no matter how many archeological digs in the past have proven the historical accuracy of biblical passages. That is why I think they mention Eden, and do so with some reasoning behind it: "In the Book of Genesis...

    Abduction

it's a case of confirmation bias. They find what they are looking for, and they won't find things they aren't looking for. Sounds simple, but even the economists in a recent issue pointed out that a anonymous poll on main stream scientists shows 14%- 49% "fudge" their numbers to fit their...

Good. Because that doesn't explain it because it's not based on any REAL form of researched historical facts, only assumptions colored by your belief system. To be fair, if you study the matter, you are 100% wrong on how you account history is passed down. But why study, when you already...

Attack on Christianity? and other concepts I have a problem with.

Try this: UFO Religions Michael Heiser was called one of the top 100 most important people in UFOlogy by Fate magazine. He comes from a Christian perspective, but not a dogmatic, in your face kind of thing. He also has videos on youtube etc. and if you have an open mind, I think they are...

    Aliens in the Mind

Wouldn't occams Razor apply? the most logical answer is the right one... and it's more logical to question crazy sounding statements as being the effects of temporary warping in that persons reality, than to believe aliens really need anal probe data. The direct links aren't there, only...

I have read the posts and have to then ask if all of history is suspect then? How do we know Alexander the Great Lived? How do we know about most of history really, as the original authors can't be hunted down and interviewed and we don't have the original texts there either? Even more...

Mental Illness, and The Abduction Phenomena

you should look at our posts on "Aliens in the Mind" it's talking about hallusinations and false memory syndrome to explain alien contacts etc. based on various studies. Aliens in the Mind - The Paracast Community Forums for example: ... Professor Chris French, head of the...

    Aliens in the Mind

Something else to consider about hallucinations, I don't think we know all the things that could temporarly cause them. Reading a medical journal I came across these story's about people simply taking antibiotics: "I have had daytime hallucinations while on the antibiotic Doxycycline...

Opinions are free for a reason ;) But learned opinions I do think hold more weight based on the amount of supporting evidence. Again, your examples only work without the surrounding context, if for example we only had a few fragments of the Moses story, and in those fragments we just had bits...

    Aliens in the Mind

when looking at false memory development it does seem to have striking similarities to Alien abduction or encounters: "memory is reconstructive, and not reproductive, in nature. In retrieval, a memory is pieced together from fragments, but during the reconstruction errors creep in due to our...

I believe that the ancient biblical texts, the Jinn as mentioned in your other posts, the Shinning ones as believed by the Maya and Aztec's and really most of the ancient world, DOES talk about the same entities and gives us insight into them. I believe our modern world has created a new...
