Shoot Them Down was fairly decent. Same problem, though, as Feschino isn't a professional writer and he tends to get repetitive, but there was some info there I was not previously aware of. The title is sort of hyperbole, as well, at least it is when George Noory says it with such gusto!

One that I particularly like is Binnall of America's podcast. Tim Binnall does a good job in asking questions and really giving his guests all the time they need to put together an answer. Also, since there's no sponsors he needs to get to the show seems to (in my opinion) flow a bit better...
