Have you ever been to a restaurant and in the middle of service the chef has a heart attack.? I have and here is what happened. The restaurant said we are expecting a reserve chef in around thirty minutes would you like to wait.? And of course I said I will wait.
Now imagine going to a restaurant where you have pre paid for the meal and the chef takes ill,the chef then falls out with you because you have had the cheek to suggest that another chef should take over until he is better.
This of course has nothing to do with food it is a parable. I just hope it is read by those who need to read it.

Years ago Barbara and I (and my father and step-mother) were asked to leave a restaurant because we tried to get better seats. Go figure.
