UFOlogy. Its a jungle. A highly strange one, at that.
Its highly unlikely that Mulder and Scully will ever find The Truth ‘out there’. Its out there alright. Human history shows that the Truth is all too often not only out there, it’s occasionally so ‘out there’, as to be classified, un-be-freakin-lievable. Sir Winston Churchill summed up the biggest problem that the pro discloser movement has to contend with: "Men stumble over the truth from time to time, but most pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing happened."

And if Mulder and Scully Spend too long, out there, the truth is, its highly unlikely that they will return. At least, Not the same people who went in anyway. Its a jungle. Chances of survival, like some of the wildlife who thrive in such conditions, would be best described as an environ-mental no brainer. The environment where you need to cut through so much crap you’ll need more than a mundane machete. You’ll need a top of the range, most essential of essentials for cutting crap, . Because, the truth is, if the habitat is dense, thick, and an environmental no brainer in terms of finding the with a capital ’T’ - truth; then there are similar issues that apply, likewise, to a small, though disproportionately problematic number of jungle inhabitants. And if the truth be told, it probably won’t be be told by them. In fact, and reason being, they are too busy creating a disproportionate, well, most, of the crap that is, out there. It’s unlikely Churchill would stumble over The Truth ‘out’ there. He would need to dig at least six feet ‘down’ there, first.
