"After further reviewing videos and forum posts, I think I'm going to have to come to the same conclusion that most others have. This is a slow-panning time-lapse video. These are most like airplanes. Please notice the traffic moving at time-lapse speed in front of the Cathedral on the wide shots. Peace!" ComradeCrusty
 
I seen this earlier in the week and the article I read about it said it respembled rods or skyfish. Not saying I believe that but just throwing that out there.
