Moving 29,000 messages from one bulletin board system to another comes with glitches.
One is that a few hundred messages, posted from June 15 through 22, were duplicated. In removing the duplicates, a few threads went too. We don't know why; the publishers of the forum software suggested it was an artifact of the conversion process, and we're not about to do that all over again.
What this means is that such threads as the one about David Biedny appearing on Jeff Ritzmann's Podcast, and whether people look up in the sky were lost. Feel free to repost your messages on those subjects -- and the poll on the latter.
We're down to a small number of duplicates, and hopefully we'll avoid further problems.
