I worked as a Dive Supervisor and Marine Mammal Trainer for two parks, one being Sea World and I have to say.... Not much data was collected to support this theory, at least from me. Something special is certainly going on with the species, but I'm guessing not that special.

These appear to be some pretty grounded folk. It's almost like they're firemen waiting for an airdrop during a training exercise, or something. Almost.

It's also interesting that fragrances have commonly been reported by mystics before the onset of "mystical” events. I have also had a few clients report similar experiences leading up to "psychotic" or "Schizophrenic" breaks.

Personally, I think you have to consider the obvious. What stands out in incidents like these is any effort to produce an explanation fails. From a cause and effect standpoint, one is left with the plausibility that the intended result is theater. Sure, it's challenging to work your way...
