Here is an interesting question to ask on a more personal level, this is how I feel about the topic of UFO's and the paranormal these days. Q. This field of study poses many questions and no answers only more questions, what keeps you focused and interested in this field of study?

So to play the skeptic card (as one must from time to time) a question to pose is the possibility that these orbs for the most part are of a natural origin, for example ball lightning, earthquake lights etc, or are they indeed showing signs of intelligent control?

Sounds very much like earthquake lights to me having actually seen the phenomena on more than one occasion, however I was seeing it as a glow and flashes of light in the sky. Hard to explain this but sort of a cross between and Aurora an sheet lightning if that makes sense.

The whole of state highway north of Christchurch is wreaked.. it will be a very long time before any traffic will come that way.. the sea bed lifted over 2 meters!

Hope we have some thing left to tour on by the :-P the rate the ground is moving who knows.

Well getting sick of these quakes down here in New Zealand... 7.82 magnitude quake is no joke the house was moving for almost five minuets... anyway still alive and lurking :-)
