As far as it being birds.......aren't most birds asleep after midnight? I just watched it again, almost a full 8 minutes filmed at 12:30 a.m.For the record, I do not think these are birds. Most birds that you can keep in your field of view for that long of time are going to be birds of prey...

Satellites do NOT move like this. Father and son have the camcorder focused on the TV, which is hooked to a night vision scope set up outside. Just watch. First singular object appears to be a satellite. Then the 2 objects appear. Pay close attention to the direction the 2 objects take in...

whatever this thing was, the person looking at it thru binoculars MUST have had an incredible view......at one point when you pause the video it looks for all the world like a giant Winnie The Pooh head balloon....
