I found it ... The segment about this particular UFO (the flashing / morphing one) starts at about 30:00 minutes into it. 36:35 is where they have the specialist examine it and make a full 3D Render of the object from examining the footage.

That flashing / morphing UFO is interesting. About a year ago I saw a video where they got a specialist to examine that video, and he even made a total 3D Render of the object from closely examining the video. It seems that video I saw has been removed though.
