Hi All, Yesterday on my way home (I live in a suburb just north of Sydney, Australia), I saw a site which I am still not quite sure what it was. I was wondering if anybody else has experience something similar to this. While walking home and listening to the Paracast on my headphones I caught site of an object in the sky. Bear in mind that it was about 6:30pm and still bright daylight in Sydney. The sun was at my back. Basically what I saw was an inverted triangle that looked to be in front of a silver circle. The circle part was hardly visible as the triangle was pretty large. I just saw the edges of it. The inverted triangle was also pulsing/glowing red. It looked to be fairly close, but that could have been an optical illusion. The thing that struck me was that even though I was wearing sunglasses, this was the richest red I had ever seen. I was so surprised by this object that I forgot to stop walking and walking under some branches. When I got to the other side, about 2-3 seconds later, the object was gone. At the same time, a woman and her child came running out a house that I just walked past pointing and looking for the object in the sky. So, I wasn't the only one to see it. I scoured the internet, twitter, google+ etc. looking for any mention of this and haven't been able to find anything. Has anybody seen or heard of object like this? Thanks Tal
