    umm, looks like a mountain lion carcass that is missing a rib cage.

    mountain lions have noses, distinct noses, and how do you categorize the wingtips?
    ....Take a closer look at this body, it's no bigfoot in a freezer.IMO.

    Mountain lions have very loose skin. Shredded skin could have dried in a way to make it look like the creature had wings when in fact it is just a mountain lion.
    I think there is much more compelling evidence that the chupe is some sort of feral canine.
