Loch Ness may be deeper than thought

The strangest part about this is that a Loch Ness monster story hasn't been released just before the tourist season kicks off...

I imagine that it still a little cold up there for Nessie to come out of the crevice and be spotted by tourists. Now that I think about, if Nessie is that deep down, how likely it is for a tourist to spot her?

But what tourist would not make a stop there? We did.

Very interesting newsstory you link. Has any substantial effort ever been made to map and measure the depths of the entire bottom of Loch Ness and adjoining (and other nearby) lochs, not to mention the possible caves and tunnels that might connect them? I doubt it, and therefore doubt the reliability of theories about Nessie that are based on information we don't have.
