Marie D. Jones returns to discuss her latest book with co-author "Larry Flaxman," entitled "Mind Wars: Who's Been Watching You From the Shadows."

The book presents "a history of mind control, surveillance, and social engineering by the government, media, and secret societies." And, yes, there is a section about subliminal mind control, which recalls what Chris was talking about during the June 28th edition of After The Paracast." The Manchurian Candidate is also on the agenda.

Hello, Ms. Jones, could you give further insight into phenomena such as the "Taos Hum", where folks are convinced they are being bombarded. Typically thought to be ELF or VLF, have we learned any more about the source? Is this more sinister than natural? Thank you.

Marie - Does your research ever stray into occult territory? How do you respond to theorists who see occult symbolism (often related to Luciferianism or the Illuminati) and predictive programming in the media, in everything from the music industry, the SuperBowl halftime show, to children's television shows?
 
At the end of his career the head of MKUltra, Sidney Gottlieb, reportedly dismissed the entire output of the project as useless. Outside of torture or interrogation situations is there any evidence that would lead us to disagree with his assessment?
 
Does the guest think all of the arcane and convoluted mind control tropes like the Manchurian Candidate are necessary, when it's proven over and over again most people can be easily controlled by media, where even the hint of a suggestion of the validation of ones beliefs can push people to act in the desired manner?
 
1. Do you have any historic proof of mind control experiments taking place in prisons, where inmates have been subjected to the use of Remote Controlled Electronic Brain Punishment?

2. If in fact governments or other factional bodies within nations had the power for mass controlled mind influence do you not think this would be exerted right now? In North Korea we see a kind of imposed 1984 scenario taking place and it is buffoonish at best. Do you see the possibility of such tactics being used in more subtle ways over larger portions of western civilization?

3. What will be the consequences to civilization and personal freedom when the majority of our actions come under state surveillance and we have to work hard in life to find actual privacy from digital eyes? As it stands most communications and public actions are under surveillance - do people even care?

You mention North Korea. A great example in present day national corruption. All Nations are corrupt and spy or surveil (as HAARP officials recently let slip). HAARP is part of the Omega Station network including what someone else called the Taos hum which years ago the state senator could not get clear answers for. Scientology is in control of Korean Prisons - Mexico too.

They used to sell data to Russia and are not above renting out their people or prisoners for experimentation. An elaborate alien CONstruct and mental hallucinatory system is the central control leading to the billion year contract and the ardent wish their sheople have to join L. Ron on his current planetary home, or that was true until recent reports of a second coming. Oh well - I should not take over this thread.
