Possible sighting


Speaking as somebody who's waded through literally hours of cell-phone video imagery: :confused:

Take a look at the optical aperture on a cell phone (about, oh, 8 or 10 mm wide). Now compare that to a 'real' camera lens. Guess which one will be taking the images that we can use? Little blobs of light don't show me squat - except that you took a pic of a little blob of light.

Not that I expect people to run out and spend money they don't have on cameras.
But it does feel good to vent, once in a while. Thank you for your patience. :)
